Working full time, M-F on a temporary basis for a period of 6 weeks to support a busy procurement team based in the Portlethen area.

Rate: £13 - £14.50 per hour depending on experience

Communicating with management re delivered supplies
Placing purchase orders as necessary, ensuring they've order the right supplies and maintaining optimal inventory levels
Facilitating the flow of materials between various parties and departments and checking job cost reports for mischarges and other inconsistencies
Coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining schedules for each ongoing project
Looking for solutions to vendor errors, budget limitations and other problems as they arise
