Role Highlights:
 
Deputy Leadership: Support departmental management and step in for the Chief Lawyer for Housing and Children Social Care as needed.
Expert Guidance: Offer strategic, high-level advice on children’s social care law, including child protection, adoption, and the Children Act 1989.
Team Leadership: Manage a team of lawyers and legal assistants within Housing and Children Social Care.
 
Key Requirements:

Qualifications: Admitted Solicitor, Barrister, or FILEX A.
Knowledge: Strong foundation in children social care law, local government law, and evolving legal trends within the UK. Will consider candidates who are looking for the next step in their career if they have the relevant experience.
