Spirehouse is currently exclusively recruiting for a Housing Officer (Temporary Accommodation) on behalf of a Housing Association in Bradford.

The Opportunity

This is a 6-month interim opportunity where you will • Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of IHM tenants including investigating ASB complaints, and dealing with tenancy-related enquiries,

Duties:

* Provide tenancy, welfare and benefits advice to residents to ensure that they have the best possible opportunities to secure new accommodation

* Attend multi agency meetings where appropriate to represent Concept Housing in discussing tenants and their circumstances

* Ensure that potential safeguarding issues involving both adults and children are identified and the appropriate actions are taken

* Maintain all tenancy records and ensure that they are kept up-to-date and are accurate

* Produce high quality reports and customer correspondence

* Managing own caseload

Further information:

* 37 hours per working week

* Monday – Friday (Flexible working, as long as 37 hours are met)

* £25.00 - £27.50 per hour dependant on experience

* Immediate start

* 6 months interim opportunity

Requirements:

* Extensive experience around housing legislation particularly Temporary Accommodation

* Full UK drivers licence and access to a vehicle

* Enhanced DBS check
