Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within a Key Stage 2 setting.
Possess a strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and techniques.
Demonstrate the ability to support both the academic and social development of pupils.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
Be proactive, patient, and resilient, with a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
