Job Specification: Shuttering Joiner

Location: Bristol
Start Date: 17th March
Duration: 4 weeks
Pay Rate: £25 per hour
Working Hours: 07:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Shuttering Joiner to join our team for a civil engineering project in Bristol. The successful candidate will be required to carry out shuttering and formwork duties as part of a busy construction team. This is a 4-week contract with the possibility of extension depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Constructing, installing, and repairing shuttering and formwork for concrete structures.
Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications to determine the correct formwork procedures.
Ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard, meeting both safety and quality standards.
Working in compliance with all health and safety regulations on-site.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Working closely with other construction trades and teams to ensure the smooth progression of the project.Essential Requirements:

Valid Blue CPCS Card (essential).
Proven experience as a Shuttering Joiner within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of shuttering and formwork techniques.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Full PPE required.
Strong commitment to health and safety on-site.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Desirable:

Previous experience on civil engineering projects.
