Position: Business Development Manager - Fire & Security

Location: Fully Remote with Travel round Oxfordshire

Salary: Up to £55,000 plus commission

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious go-getter who thrives on bringing in new business and has a strong understanding of installation and service for Fire & Security Systems. If you're located in the corridor between Oxford and West London, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue
Drive business growth by identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional solutions and services.
Professionally represent the company's brand and successfully sell the Company's fire & security products within an allocated geographical area, ensuring achievement of an agreed target.
Identify & target potential clients in the fire and security industry, generating new sales opportunities for all Marlowe Fire & Security products.
Attend appointments to sell the company's products and services ensuring customer satisfaction of service delivery, representing the Company in a professional manner at all times.
Collate appropriate information to present performance data and ensure all correct documentation utilised.
Constant attainment of agreed targets based upon new business and additional revenue streams.
Develop & implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
Build & maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
Build & deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate and close deals.
Collaborate with internal teams.
Design and quote tailored solutions for clients in the Fire & Security sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
What We Offer:

Basic salary of up to £55,000
On Target Earnings - Circa £70,000
Company Vehicle or Car Allowance (candidate preference)
Attractive commission structure
Fully remote working environment with travel to customer sites.
