Purpose of the Role
· Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and implementing HR Process, policies, strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
· Ensure HR policies, Process and compliances in place
· Work on HR process improvements and implantation of new HR policies and process
· Provide reports on all areas of HR, Payroll and Learning and Development, including the application of Employment Law, HR policy, best practice and workforce development.
· Advise and strategies on the development of effective employment policies across the company
· Provide professional leadership, support and development to HR staff, in order to increase knowledge, share best practice and to ensure that relevant professional standards are met.
· Ensure that the company complies with current regulations, accepted professional standards, policies and procedures and legislation (including legislation on data protection, the Equality Act and health and safety).
· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
· Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
· Support functionals leadership and departments with skilled resources in delivering their business responsibilities
· Ensure that the recruitment processes run efficiently and effectively.
· Ensure business and departments are supported by enough resource
· Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation programmes
· Implement new employee engagement structure including – Talent Acquisition, employee recognition, learning and development, pulse surveys and communication channels to improve the employee experience
· Ensure JDs, KPIs and Targets are defined and updated as per business plans for all staff.
· Manage the office administration support to staff
· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performanc
