The venue is part of a group of eclectic and stylish Restaurants, Clubs, Bars and Event Venues
Popular as one of the leading venues for both locals and visitors to the area, the restaurant offers an extensive menu comprising many seasonal dishes and locally sourced ingredients.
Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and anything in between, the venue is now recruiting an experienced General Manager to manage the daily running of the site, and to build on the excellent guest experience, of which they have become synonymous.
As General Manager you will be able to demonstrate your passion and flare for hospitality, likely gained in a similar role, and be proficient in the following areas:
* Showing accountability for every area of the business
* Communicate effectively at all levels
* Train & motivate your team
* An excellent attention to detail and maintain high standards
* Demonstrating leadership skills, leading by example with a ‘hands-on’ approach to your work.
* Showing commercial awareness.
* Effectively promoting the Restaurant in the local area
* Familiarity with current restaurant trends
* Ensuring health & safety standards are organised and compliant
* Stock management and control, both food & beverage
* Management of P&L
* Rota management and wage cost control
