Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a leading, international supplier of various racking and storage solutions looking to recruit a new Health & Safety Manager to oversee their projects across the UK. With a good package, this is a great opportunity for an individual with Health & Safety management experience within intralogistics or construction. 

Responsibilities

Ensuring that industry safety standards aft adhered to throughout the duration of all projects across the UK
Carrying out risk assessments for each project worked on
Assisting with the management of external contractors on site and ensuring that the company’s products are safely installed
Creating reports for any incidents that occur on site
Overseeing the development of internal Health & Safety regulations
Travelling to customer sites across the UKRequirements

It is essential to role that you have experience of managing Health & Safety within Intralogistics or Construction and hold a valid Health & Safety qualification. It would also be preferable for you to hold a degree in a related field, but this isn’t essential provided you have experience of Health & Safety and Site Management. In terms of location, the roles would be covering the whole of the UK but there is a preference for Midlands based candidates.
