The firm focuses on both residential and commercial projects however they support a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, education, ecclesiastical, and landlord services also. Known for their RICS-certified surveyors, they handle building surveys, project planning, and property renovations. As a company they emphasize quality and sustainable solutions, guiding clients from initial project stages through to completion.

In this role the Building Surveyor will be taking on a mixture of project based and professional services related Building Surveying work across a range of industry sectors on projects across the South Coast.

Building Surveyor Job Overview

Contract Administration of extension and refurbishment projects.
Measured surveys and subsequent production of AutoCAD drawings.

Building Surveyor Job Requirements

Degree in Building Surveying
Full UK Driver's License
Strong interpersonal skills and client facing personality
Good levels of computer literacy with working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project and AutoCAD.

Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits

Annual Salary £30k - £60k - Dependant on experience (Guide only)
