Position Overview: We are currently seeking caring and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistants. As a Home Care and Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing assistance with daily living activities and offering emotional support and companionship.

Responsibilities:

* Provide personal care services, including assistance with bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.

* Assist with mobility and transfer activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

* Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management under the supervision of healthcare professionals.

* Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up living spaces.

* Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful social and recreational activities.

* Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

* Document client care activities accurately and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

* Car Driver is essential

* Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards the elderly, disabled, and individuals with special needs.

* Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not essential.

* Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.

* Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

* Willingness to undergo background checks and relevant training.
