CAMHS Professionals is delighted to support a Newham-based nursery in their search for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Nurse. This role offers a wonderful opportunity to work in a nurturing environment, providing essential care and educational activities to young children.

Key Responsibilities

* Childcare: Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.

* Activity Planning: Create and implement engaging, educational activities tailored to the developmental stages of the children.

* Safety and Security: Maintain a safe, secure, and stimulating environment, adhering to all nursery policies and procedures.

* Observation and Documentation: Monitor and record children’s progress, sharing insights with parents and colleagues.

* Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the nursery team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

* Parent Interaction: Foster positive relationships with parents, providing regular updates and support as needed.

Requirements

* Qualifications: Level 2 Childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2, CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Childcare and Education, or equivalent).

* Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in a nursery setting.

* Skills:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to plan and implement age-appropriate activities.

* Excellent observational and reporting skills.

* Attributes:
