An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Structural Engineer to join a growing multidisciplinary engineering consultancy based in Amersham. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career within a dynamic and expanding business, offering exceptional opportunities for development.

Key Responsibilities:

Production of structural calculations and technical drawings in accordance with British Standard design codes, Eurocodes, Building Regulations, and Network Rail standards.
Use of design software or manual calculation techniques for structural design.
Collaboration with clients, external professionals, and regulatory authorities.
Participation in the company's internal and external training and CPD programs.

Key Requirements:

Degree in a built environment discipline (e.g., Civil or Structural Engineering).
Actively working towards professional membership of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE), or similar professional body.
Strong technical knowledge in structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and timber design (desirable).
Familiarity with soil mechanics, foundation design, and the Site Investigation process.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
