Business Development Manager – North - £40,000 - £48,000 basic plus car, commission (£10K OTE)
Client
My client design, manufacture and distribute an extensive range of energy monitoring products including multifunction power metres, current transformers, communication gateways and an industry leading energy monitoring software.

Established over 50 years ago, they are a leader in their industry, helping companies throughout the world monitor and manage energy usage to reduce both their carbon footprint and energy costs.

Role
Due to ongoing organic growth and an internal promotion, they are recruiting a Business Development Manager for their UK Northern region. The role involves working with a wide range of existing customers as well as identifying and securing new business to maximise revenue across their extensive range of products.
The position will be 60% Account Management and 40% new business with a current regional turnover of c£1.8M.

Candidate
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a track record of success in a technical sales role and be skilled in both strategic account management and the identification and conversion of new business.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to move into the rapidly growing sustainability and renewables industry.
