You will be joining an expanding team in which you can influence major investments the company is making in future platforms, help shape and deliver the category plan and mould suppliers, giving the opportunity to make this role your own. In a role where no two days are the same, there is also potential for expansion, growth, and development within this role / team.

You will work as part of the Investment & Infrastructure Procurement team, managing strategic vendors and procuring services and manufacturing equipment. Using the procurement lifecycle as a tool, you will manage vendors in line with the category strategy and support its implementation across the wider business.

Skills required:

* Demonstratable track record of Manufacturing Procurement / Commercial acumen.

* Supplier management experience.

* Multi-site procurement and stakeholder management experience.

* Proven skills of working within a complex supply chain environment such as: manufacturing, large retailers, oil & gas, aerospace, automotive, nuclear etc.

* Experience of buying heavy plant machinery and equipment specifically within a manufacturing environment.

* Knowledge of negotiating complex international framework agreements.

These roles are hybrid with 2/3 days a week in their Lancashire office.
