Cover Supervisor

Location: Lincoln
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £100 - £140 per day
Contract: Full Time

GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for dynamic Cover Supervisors to work in schools in Lincoln. If you're confident in managing a classroom and keen to support students in their learning journey, this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

Supervise classes during the short-term absence of the regular teacher.
Ensure students stay on task and engage with the work set by the teacher.
Maintain order and a productive classroom environment.
Support students with their learning as needed.
Requirements:

Previous experience working with young people is helpful but not essential.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including providing an enhanced DBS on the update service, or completing an application for a new check.
