Working foreman with a joinery background required by leading contractor for the refurbishment of a 3 storey building in Dunfermline. The foreman will spend circa 60 to 70 percent of their time in a supervisory capacity but would need to help out the joiners as and when required.

SMSTS is required although candidates with a SSSTS will be considered.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on large scale/commercial projects doing refurbishment works.

The Project:

The role will be looking after internal and external refurbishment work on a three storey commercial building. This will be a live site where the works can vary from fit out, painting, decorating, doors & windows etc.

The project is worth £1m and the duration of the contract is 18 weeks, There will be a PM based on site three days a week and on the other two days you would have full site responsibility.

Other responsibilities:

- Overseeing Building and Cladding elements of the job.
- Managing sub contractors.
- Holding toolbox talks.
