The Role:

As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations within the air freight business. You will ensure compliance with industry standards, resolve workplace issues such as lateness, and maintain a smooth and efficient working environment for the team. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving success and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervising day-to-day air freight operations, ensuring deadlines and standards are consistently met.

* Managing and addressing staff punctuality, attendance, and overall performance.

* Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

* Conducting regular operational checks and audits to maintain high levels of compliance.

* Troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to minimize disruptions.
