Our client is seeking an energy modeler to join their growing team.
You’ll play a key role in supporting sustainable design principles and providing clients with insights to optimise energy efficiency.
* Based in Weybridge
* Monday – Friday
* Salary is negotiable
* 25 days holiday + bank holiday
Job specification:
* Perform energy modelling and performance analysis using IES (VE) and/or NABERS software.
* Develop and analyse building energy simulations for performance, compliance, and sustainability.
* Work closely with clients, explaining complex technical information in clear, accessible language.
* Contribute to sustainable design projects by applying energy modelling principles.
* Prepare technical reports and presentations to document findings and recommendations.
Person specification:
* Bachelor’s degree with a 2:1 or above (any field).
* Experience with energy modelling software, particularly IES (VE) and/or NABERS.
* Strong understanding of energy modelling, performance analysis, and sustainable design principles.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for conveying technical information to non-technical clients.
* Passion for sustainable design and environmental responsibility.
