Stroud Resourcing is recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Director of Clinical Services to join an ambitious hospital in West London. The role comes with a salary of up to £65,000 and excellent benefits including private health insurance, free parking, 33 days annual leave and much more!

It’s an incredibly exciting time to be joining this hospital as they’re investing significantly in their Theatre department and have plans to go from a day-case facility to offering overnight services. Its Theatre department currently incorporates 1 state-of-the-art theatre and 4 recovery bays, but they have ambitious growth plans. They offer a variety of surgical services including dermatology, gynaecology, ENT, urology, general, orthopaedics, plastics, minor biopsy, and joint injections. They are proud to have a Good CQC rating and high levels of patient satisfaction.

As Director of Clinical Services, you will drive hospital strategy, ensuring high levels of safety and clinical excellence are achieved. You can also expect to:

Through transformational leadership you will guide and mentor your team to deliver a clear clinical and quality strategy aimed at improving both patient and employee satisfaction.
As part of the senior management team you will maintain Consultant relationships, identify and implement new services and engage with all teams to ensure that the hospital is both safe and compliant.
Oversee budget management across the clinical departments and ensure they deliver an effective and efficient service. To apply for this role, you must be an experienced nurse leader with an active NMC/HCPC registration. You will have previous experience managing clinical teams within an operating theatre or multi-disciplinary setting. You must have strong commercial acumen, sound regulatory experience and be confident managing & implementing change.
