Job Title: Sales Negotiator – Real Estate

Location: SW London

Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE (£60,000+ OTE)

The Role

We are seeking a Sales Negotiator ideally with experience in property sales South West London however this is not essential. As the successful Sales Negotiator you’ll be joining an established sales team at a growing real estate agency. You’ll be selling properties all within walking distance from the office near Chelsea Bridge.

The Company

This company is a growing real estate agency in South Wet London near Chelsea Bridge. They offer services such as sales, lettings and property management in the local area. The majority of their client base are high net worth individuals from the UK and overseas.

The role will require

* Liaise with buyers and sellers

* Book and carry out viewings

* Keep records up to date

* Manage offer process

* Negotiate and confirm offers

* Keep track and record feedback

* Offer advise to clients

Desired Skills & Qualifications

* Ideally 1 year of experience as a Sales or Lettings Negotiator

* Enthusiastic and keen to learn property sales

* Well presented
