Role Summary:
The Managing Director (MD) will lead the company’s daily operations, strategic planning, and growth initiatives. The MD will maintain the company’s focus on quality and client satisfaction while driving growth and exploring new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute strategies to foster growth, operational efficiency, and alignment with company goals.
Operational Oversight: Oversee production processes, quality control, and customer service to ensure high standards.
Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a cohesive team, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.
Financial Management: Manage budgeting, monitor financial health, and work closely with finance teams to ensure profitability.
Business Development: Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities and partnerships to support growth.
