A specialist external restoration company is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee a commercial high-rise external project in Birmingham. The role involves managing a team of cladders and ensuring that work progresses smoothly, meets quality standards, and complies with all health and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead cladding operations on a high-rise building.
Oversee all on-site activities and ensure deadlines are met.
Collaborate with subcontractors and site personnel.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.Requirements:

Proven experience in managing external or high-rise construction projects.
Familiarity with brickslip systems is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
