Hunter AHP Resourcing are recruiting an experienced Oncology Pharmacist to join a highly respected NHS Hospital based in Kent. 

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver expert clinical pharmacy services to oncology patients.
Provide advice on chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive medications.
Support prescribing and monitoring of medication regimens.
Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
Ensure safe and effective medication management, advising clinicians and patients as necessary.
Contribute to patient education and drug information services.
Assist with drug audits and medication safety initiatives.

Requirements:

Qualified Pharmacist with GPhC registration.
Recent experience in oncology pharmacy (ideally within an NHS setting).
Strong clinical pharmacy knowledge, particularly in oncology treatments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Available for an immediate start (or in the near future).
