Our client based in Burton on Trent is now seeking a Parts Advisor to join their longstanding small family team. This professional organisation has gained a reputation for the highest standards, so you would be making a great move.
Responsibilities include:
* Liaise with customers via telephone, email, face to face and internet orders
* Ability to maximise sales opportunities
* Confidently converse with clients and customers about performance upgrades and modifications (Technical information is provided).
* Answer technical enquiries in a timely manner. Technical training & ongoing support provided
* Occasionally handle goods, wrapping, packing and dispatching including processing returns
* Checking stock availability
* Assist with our annual stock take
* Taking customers payments
The following attributes are vital:
* Attention to detail, as this is of paramount importance
* An excellent telephone manner
* Good computer literacy and IT skills
These are desirable:
* Interest and knowledge in motorsport or classic cars
* Experience of working with Sage line 50
* Experience of vehicle component sales
