Description
Provide administrative support to the HR team
Develop training and development initiatives for employees
Implement staff training and development initiatives
Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates
Prepare offer letters for new employees
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Assist in the planning of company events and initiatives
Support the HR team with ad-hoc projectsProfile
A successful HR Admin should have:
An academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience implementing training and development initiatives
Proficiency in HR software
Excellent organisational skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretionJob Offer
