Job Title: Graduate Building Surveyor

Location: Near Oxted, Surrey

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE + commission

The Role

We are seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join an independent property consultancy on the outskirts of Oxted, Surrey. As the successful Building Surveyor you’ll be at the early stages in your career and keen to a growing consultancy with plenty of career and earning potential.

The Company

This company is an independent property consultancy group with various business specialising it different areas of the property market. They have been established for over 70 years and are now looking to growing the business due a huge increase in repeat business from their clients.

The role will require

* Property inspections

* Prepare specifications

* Project manager works

* Manage external parties

* Report writing

Desired Skills & Qualifications

* Degree in Building Surveying

* Local to the area

* UK driving licence and own car

Salary & Benefits

* £25,000 - £30,000 DOE

* Commission once probation is passed

* Help with becoming chartered
