Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and motivate production teams.

* Achieve production targets and maintain quality standards.

* Ensure compliance with safety protocols.

* Monitor and improve production processes.

* Ensure smooth operations and providing immediate support during plant breakdowns.

* Evaluate and propose efficiency improvements for machinery, products, and processes.

* Manage team performance issues through first-line performance management.

About You:

* Experience in production leadership.

* Strong communication and team management skills - Entry-level management certification (e.g., Level 2 ILM, CMI Team Leader/Supervisor), or currently working towards certification.

* Commitment to health and safety - IOSH-certified Health and Safety qualification, NEBOSH preferred.

* Entry-level management certification (e.g., Level 2 ILM, CMI Team Leader/Supervisor), or currently working towards certification.
