As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and safety. Duties

* Apply paint using spray equipment.

* Mix paints and other materials according to specifications or customer requirements.

* Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

* Maintain a clean and organised work environment in the warehouse or job site.

* Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety regulations.

* Perform basic mechanical tasks such as welding or fabricating when required.

Experience

* Proven experience in metal painting or a related field is preferred but not essential.

* Basic maths skills for measuring and mixing materials accurately.

* Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in painting and fabrication processes.

* Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for understanding equipment operation and maintenance.

* A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential traits for success in this role.
