Site Manager needed for a project near Ramsgate.

My client is undertaking an extensive multi-project contract on a large site near Ramsgate. This mixed use renovation contract will include a variety of work including upgrade to existing facilities and conversion to new use.

Start date: 6th January 2025
Duration: 3 months +
Site Location: Kent, near Ramsgate
Rate: based on experience

Key Duties:
Managing daily site operations efficiently and effectively.
Carrying out work in accordance with the project specific practices
Working closely with all stake holders including: Project Managers, Client & Sub-contractors.
Participation in or leading Team Meetings, ensuring valuable input from design sub-contractors.

Key Requirements:
Well organised and IT literate with an eye for detail - a fair amount of paperwork involved.
Experience working within controlled environments
Excellent people and time management skills
