They primarily focusing on commercial office projects including D&B and CAT A/B fit-outs, education, healthcare and hospitality and leisure.

Position: Mechanical Project Manager

They are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a strong background in CAT A and CAT B commercial office fit-outs, education or healthcare. The upcoming projects will be based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

* Programme Design and Delivery: Develop and execute the project programme efficiently.

* Procurement Management: Oversee the entire procurement process, including sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and evaluating vendor proposals.

* Financial and Health & Safety Management: Handle project finances, variation accounts, and ensure health and safety compliance, delivering a snag-free project.

* Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.

* Project Handover: Ensure successful project handover, including final accounts and completion of all O&M documentation.

* Sub-Contractor Management: Demonstrate a proven ability to manage and oversee sub-contractors and their deliverables.

Candidate Requirements:

* Strong management skills with the ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally.

* Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities.

* Previous experience in UK commercial office fit-out projects is essential.

* Relevant mechanical qualifications and a background in construction.
