Technical Service Delivery Manager – Driver Safety systems

An established and growing Driver and Fleet safety systems technology business are currently looking to recruit a Technical Service Delivery Manager who has experience within the Telematics / Fleet Management Solutions or similar sector.

Technical Service Delivery Manager main responsibilities will include:

* Taking full accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand

* Maintain high performance levels for service-related processes, and implement improvement activities wherever necessary

* Initiate, own and drive relevant services related to large/multinational fleets, signature accounts to ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring that…

* The customer gets the most out of their solution

* Validating correct functional of implemented use cases.

* Identifying additional customer requirements

* Suggesting new use cases, fostering added value.

* Identifying and establishment of strong relationships towards internal and external stakeholders

* Take ownership of critical incidents, coordinate with resolution parties, and establish effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews

* Ensure that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery

* Develop a deep understanding of customers and projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery

* Act as a point of communication and escalation

Location: Near Birmingham – you will be required to be in the office 5 days a week

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (negotiable and flexible to the amount of experience you bring to company)

* Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels

* Use and continually develop leadership skills

* Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
