Alexander Steele has partnered with a leading Food & Drinks manufacturer, that is urgently looking for a Logistics & Customer Services professional; to coordinate the distribution of their products effectively and maintain good relationships with Customers and 3PL service providers.
Key responsibilities:
* Build and maintain positive working relationships with 3PL service providers and key customers, delivering a world class experience.
* Manage customer orders through Microsoft Dynamics 365 ensuring 100% accuracy and managing all customer data.
* Liaise with Logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods, including correspondence with 3rd party clearance and logistics companies.
Candidate requirements:
* A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or equivalent would be preferred.
* At least 3 years Customer Services, Logistics, Distribution, Supply Chain, Transportation or Planning experience in a FMCG environment
* Good problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
On offer:
* Salary will be circa £30K to £40K + Benefits.
* 25 leave days + 8 bank holidays
* The role will be based at their London office
* Hybrid remote working options available (1 or 2 days from home)
