We are looking for an Air Tightness Consultant to join one of the leading consultancies in the United Kingdom. This consultancy assists clients in adhering to UK building regulations and legislation by providing expert guidance from a team of specialist consultants. They offer a comprehensive range of inspection services throughout the construction process to ensure compliance with British standards for both residential and commercial properties.

The main responsibilities associated with the Air Tightness Consultant position include conducting pre-test inspections to deliver cost estimates, reporting essential requirements to guarantee that all necessary equipment is available on-site, engaging with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations during site work, composing detailed technical reports, addressing construction-related issues to ensure compliance, and providing measurable and actionable remedial recommendations.

Candidates for the Air Tightness Consultant position should hold extensive experience in the air tightness sector and hold ATTMA certifications at level 1; possession of level 2 certification would be advantageous. It is essential that the candidate is local to or is able to commute to the London office.
