The role involves:

Fully or Newly Qualified Teacher (QTS/ECT/PGCE) with classroom experience (applications from unqualified teachers are also welcome)
Experience of teaching English at KS3 & KS4 or KS5
A solid understanding of the English curriculum
Passionate, knowledgeable, dedicated team player, and natural leader
Determined and hardworking, ready to start making a positive impact from day one
