Job Responsibilities:

•Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

•Provide customers with information about their waste management services and policies.

•Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

•Process orders, schedule waste collections, and update customer accounts.

•Work closely with external teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

The Candidate:

•Previous experience in a B2B customer service role

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

•Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

•Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
