Senior Electrical Design Engineer | £60k - £65k (+ annual bonus) | Multi-disciplinary Engineering Consultancy in London (Hybrid)

They are seeking engineers at Senior to Associate level, providing genuine opportunities for career progression at each of these levels. Senior / Principal - key attributes:

Proven ability to lead projects and support team members
Self-motivated with solid technical knowledge; residential experience is desirable, but a broad understanding is essential
Driven to build and maintain client relationships
Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident in conducting client meetings independently or alongside mechanical colleagues
Committed to driving efficiency and quality through consistent, high-quality design
Responsible for the design and specification of electrical engineering solutions in line with current regulations and standards
Direct involvement with clients and project engineers to outline project requirements and develop technical solutions
Overseeing pre-construction activities, including design development, construction details, service coordination, technical submissions, sub-contracts, etc.
Providing technical support to estimating, procurement, commercial, and project bid teams
Delivering off-site technical support to construction teams
Benefits include:

Associate: £80k - £85k
Principal: £70k - £75k
Senior: £60k - £65k
