Practice Nurse Educator

Salary: Up to £44,000

37.5 hours per week

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Educator to join our client's team. As a Practice Educator, you will play a key role in facilitating learning and development for nursing and clinical professional students within neurological care This position requires someone with a nursing background, a passion for education, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications
Registered Nurse

Registered with NMC

Completed Practice Supervisor/Practice Assessor training

Demonstrated evidence of continuous professional development

Strong working knowledge of clinical assessment skills, evidence-based practice, and national health and social care agendas.

Competent in coaching, appraisals, mentoring, and able to independently implement innovative practices.

Responsibilities
Facilitate the learning and development of nursing and clinical professional students within the practice setting

Provide mentoring, coaching, and support to students to enhance their clinical skills and competence

Collaborate with academic partners to ensure the integration of theoretical knowledge with clinical practice

Assess and evaluate the progress of students, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement

Act as a mentor and role model for students, promoting professional values and ethical practice

Contribute to the development and delivery of educational programs and resources for students and staff
