Job Description: They are looking for an articulate and communicative Design Coordinator to join their client’s dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with the design team to assess the feasibility of designs, ensuring they meet project requirements and standards. This role focuses on the practical aspects of design feasibility rather than architectural design.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design team to evaluate the feasibility of design proposals.
Ensure designs comply with industry standards and project specifications.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to relay design requirements and feedback.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide technical support and guidance on drylining projects. Requirements:

Must have working experience of CAD
Proven experience in a design coordination role within the construction sector, preferably with a focus on drylining.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
