Our clients are a well established multi-office firm of Accountants and are expanding. They are now seeking a Client Manager to work between two offices that are close together in distance within the Surrey area.
You Must Be.....
1. ACCA/ACA qualified with 3 + Years experience as a client manager.
2. History of looking after a portfolio of clients across all business areas, from sole trade to Limited co.
3. Able to work with a team (mostly based abroad)
4. Able to review the work of others and finalise accounts, discuss them with clients and attend meetings where necessary
5. Would need to have the drive to take on new clients, through client meetings, calls etc, building one's own portfolio is essential, this is not targeted, but a good conversion rate would be expected after a length of time on the job, currently a 30-60% conversion rate is standard. So if you have a history of new client take on's that would be beneficial but not essential.
6. Leads are generated from our online SEO marketing, referrals, website, google ads etc.
7. Our clients are fast paced and try and work efficiently and ahead of deadlines, they file accounts as early as possible, so are not working to statutory deadlines for a majority of clients as things are done well in advance.
8. They do allow working from home for some part of the working week, but initially full office time would be required.
