Position: Contract Manager

Location: Devizes

Duration: Permanent

Salary: up to £53,000 including car allowance

We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager / Service Manager / Technical Manager for a full time, permanent position based around the Devizes area.

This position will be working along side other Managers that are dealing with commercial planned and reactive maintenance throughout the area

The right person for this position will already come from a strong commercial maintenance background who has run teams of M&E Engineers as well being a client focused manager. We would prefer this person to have come from a technical background

This is a 90% office based position.

Requirements

Strong technical knowledge of commercial building services maintenance
Experience at Management level
Based in a commutable distance to Devizes
Experience in managing M&E Engineers
Excellent IT skills
