Are you an experienced 7.5T Driver looking for a stable role with a well-established independent builders’ merchants? Our client is looking for a reliable and customer-focused driver to join their team in Abingdon.
About the Role:
As a 7.5T Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for:
✅ Delivering building materials to residential and construction sites in the local area
✅ Ensuring timely and safe deliveries while providing excellent customer service
✅ Loading and unloading materials, ensuring they are handled with care
✅ Carrying out vehicle checks and adhering to all health & safety regulations
Requirements:
✔️ A valid 7.5T (C1) licence with CPC and Tacho Card
✔️ Previous delivery driving experience, ideally within the building materials or construction sector
✔️ A strong understanding of local routes and roads
✔️ Excellent customer service skills
✔️ Ability to lift and move heavy materials as part of the role
