Telesales Consultant - Solihull

£25,000 + COMMISSION On target earnings £40K UNCAPPED
Hours 8.00am - 6.00pm (rotating shift pattern) + 1 in 4 Saturdays 9.00-12.00
Hybrid working allowed after probationary period

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced telesales consultant to join a progressive global company within the automotive/financial services arena.

A telesales consultant familiar with working to targets and self motivated to succeed as though it were your own business? A natural but persuasive telephone manner, you must be a good listener and possess the ability to unearth and understand the needs of each client.

The role:-
Receiving and following up, very warm leads from employees enquiring about vehicles through their work benefit scheme
Consultative selling-taking time to discuss the process
Providing quotations and credit checking applicants
Following up and ordering vehicle, seeing through to delivery
Creating a pipeline for future sales opportunities

The commission is uncapped so potential earnings are down to how hungry and successful you are!
