Teaching Personnel’s PWR team is working with a small SEMH school in Mildenhall to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.

Role Details:

Location: Mildenhall, Suffolk
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,410 per annum

About the Role:

This is an opportunity to join a specialist SEMH school with small class sizes of 2 to 5 pupils. The successful candidate will provide individual support and supervision for students, helping them engage with learning and develop key life skills.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience working with children or young people
✔ A passion for supporting students with SEMH needs
✔ The ability to inspire, motivate, and build positive relationships
✔ A good general standard of education (GCSE Grade 4+ in English & Maths)
✔ A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for pupil transport)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
