Our client requires a Operative to join their team on an initial temporary basis with a view to full time employment.

Working within the materials testing division of a leading UK provider of testing services this is very much a hands on role and will involve the preparation of materials for despatch to the testing laboratory:

* You will put materials into relevant packaging

* Sort samples into separate bags

* Produce labels

* Weigh sample bags

* Place in required despatch area

* Materials being handled would include - soils, aggregate, concrete etc

Full training will be provided for this role but applicants will need to demonstrate attention to detail, willingness to learn and a stable work history.

Opportunities for role / career development will certainly be available if desired.

Some lifting is required so applicants should have a good degree of general physical fitness.
