Job Title: ECT Primary Teacher

Empowering Learning is currently seeking passionate and dedicated ECT Primary Teachers to join our team for the upcoming academic year. We have a variety of exciting opportunities available for daily supply, short-term assignments, and long-term positions within Tameside schools starting from January 2025

Responsibilities:

Delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to primary school students
Creating engaging lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to individual student needs

Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their development
Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure student success
Adhering to school policies and procedures, as well as upholding professional standardsRequirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing Initial Teacher Training (ITT)
Passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on young learners
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in different classroom settings
Knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies
