A rapidly expanding company in the construction sector are seeking a driven health and safety professional committed to safety, quality, and innovation. we are looking for a dedicated SHEQ/Operations Manager to drive best practices and lead our teams to success.

The Role

Take ownership of all Health & Safety responsibilities, ensuring compliance with legislation and accreditations such as CHAS.

Lead the Operations Support Team, empowering them to enhance skills, processes, and AI-driven efficiencies.

Oversee training and accreditation, ensuring all employees and contractors meet necessary qualifications.

Manage quality control, implementing improvements and maintaining accreditations like MCS.

Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to uphold high standards.

The Person

·        NEBOSH General and/or Construction Certificate (or higher, e.g., NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 5+)

·        Leadership & management experience

·        Strong Health & Safety management/assessment background

·        Experience in workplace risk assessments & audits

·        Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills

·        Knowledge of the construction industry (ideally rooftop)

·        Experience in quality management, standards & process improvement (preferred)
