Primary Teacher - KS1

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Primary Teacher to join our team, focusing on teaching across Key Stage 1 (KS1). Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across all core subjects in line with the KS1 curriculum

* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to achieve their best

* Assess, monitor, and track students' progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all learners

* Support pupils' social and emotional development, promoting good behavior and positive relationships

* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child

* Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development to enhance teaching practices

* Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment that promotes creativity and active learning

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Experience teaching in a primary school setting, ideally across KS1

* Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment requirements

* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage young learners

* Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with pupils, staff, and parents

* A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children

Desirable Qualifications:

* Experience with SEN pupils or additional qualifications in special educational needs

* Knowledge of phonics programs such as Read Write Inc. or Letters and Sounds

* Experience in using creative and innovative teaching methods
