Salary £55,000 to £65,000

An established Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Design Practice based in Hampshire are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team.

They are a successful M&E Consultancy with an enviable portfolio of clients, working on a broad range of projects including mixed use developments, bespoke residential, commercial new builds and public sector schemes.

As a result of continued success they are looking to strengthen their team by hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer or Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to support and lead on projects from initial client contact and design brief to final account.

The successful applicant will be assisting on projects from start to finish, engaging with all project stakeholders both internal and external, carrying detailed designs and undertaking design review meetings to ensure project success as per schedule and to specification.

As a Mechanical Design Engineer you will ideally be educated to degree level within a Building Services discipline and member of CIBSE, however my client is just as keen to meet prospective candidates who's experience outweighs qualification. The key elements to this position are excellent communication and project management skills, coupled with the technical design capabilities.

The company is growing, this is their first Regional office so there is plenty of room for development and career progression.
