Salary: up to £35,000 depending on skills, experience & qualifications

Ideally you will have experience working within a property environment, able to read & understand leases, have knowledge of landlord / tenant legislation, property law, etc.

It would be useful if you have a RICS accreditation or are interested in achieving this, plus any relevant academic or professional qualifications. 

You'll really be able to build your career in this role - successful candidates in the past have been promoted within 1-2 years.
